The three-layer hand-nested vanadium steel pocket spring unit features 3,366 independently responding springs in a King size, mapping closely to body contours without transferring motion. Six rows of hand side-stitching secure the springs to the edge for consistent support from center to perimeter, while hand-tufting with woollen tufts and twine preserves filling distribution for the life of the mattress and minimizes migration over time.
